The Sound Mag Poll Cup is starting again, and it will include 32 sound systems from across Europe, excluding UK, France and Spain, as they have already been covered as part of their own Poll Cup. Some sound systems will choose not to partake and therefore will be removed if they wish. As this is a way of promoting sound systems, as well as providing entertainment through lockdown, we have taken the decision to remove certain sound systems we consider do not need the promotion or need to be involved.
This gives you the opportunity to discuss whether you think certain sound systems deserve a chance more than any which are currently drafted in the list. We currently have a lot of Italian and Belgium sound systems and may be tempted to remove some of them in way for sound systems from other parts of Europe which are less represented. The 32 that have been drafted up so far are as follows:
Satta, Belgium
Shikoba, Belgium
Jah Heavy Load, Belgium
The Roots Corner, Belgium
Youth and Truth, Belgium
Munchies, Croatia
Ivah Sound, Finland
Sioni Hifi, Georgia

Black star line sound system! Italy.
can someone explain me what is this about?
Hi Zoran. This is a continuation of the Sound Mag Poll Cup we started at the first lockdown for the UK. Simply put it’s a fun interactive game in which you can vote for your favourite sound system. It was started for two reasons. The first of which was to provide some sound system related fun during lockdown since sessions were not available. The second of which was to promote sound systems and also sound system culture from around the world. Especially given that platforms for promoting sound systems in this scene can be scarce. It was successful in the Uk, France, and Spain at promoting sound systems and we are continuing with the rest of Europe. As well as receiving feedback from sound system lovers that it has shown them more sounds to follow, it has also offered some people something to look forward to during a time which can be mentally challenging with lockdown. Hope you enjoy getting involved.
